Dave Emigrated from the UK late 2008 with his family from Plymouth in the South West of England, He was officially commisioned for the Cities major events, by the City Council. and since moving to Adelaide, has been involved in some of Adelaide`s major events, and then informing the rest of the world through various media outlets, about the city that never sleeps.
